Evaluation and preparation

To determine the price, we carry out a comprehensive analysis of the market and buyer potential for your property, taking into account the demand situation, comparative offers and buyer segments.

In our object appraisal we compile for you the special strengths and also possible weaknesses of your property.

In preparation for the marketing process, we check and compile all property documents. If required, this includes obtaining or inspecting documents from the land registry, building authorities and building encumbrance register. The preparation of an energy certificate, sales-promoting floor plans, a professional exposé (incl. aesthetic photos), and if required also homestaging are part of our preparations for a successful marketing of your property.

Marketing

Since we have an extensive customer database, we first match your real estate offer with the search profile of our existing clients.

Our marketing takes place online with the placement of advertisements in real estate portals such as lmmoScout24.

In addition, should you wish to market via social media or have signage on the property, we are happy to comply.
We are also happy to offer a discreet, non-public marketing to you, based on your wishes.

Sales / letting process

We carry out the qualified approach of potential clients for you, deal with their inquiries by e-mail and telephone and coordinate appointments for viewings.

In general, the viewing is carried out personally, and in some cases by video for international clients. Inquiries from interested parties for your property are dealt with immediately, so that the sales or letting process runs smoothly.

In the case of properties for sale, we see our particular strength in managing the negotiations between the interested party and the seller. In cooperation with the notary, we accompany the preparation of the purchase contract with the buyer and seller, coordinate the collection of all relevant documents and accompany you to the notary appointment.

We are at your side until the successful conclusion of the purchase or letting contract.

Aftercare

Even after the sale has been completed and the keys have been handed over, we remain your contact for real estate matters. Be it in the follow-up of the successful sale or for the mediation of recommendations on insurance, craftsmen, letting and more.
